About me: Hi Everyone, I know what you are thinking, of all people to host a Weight Loss Challenge? As most of you know I have struggled with weight and health issuse for the past 10 years. I have as of today lost 30lbs! and have not felt better. I thought, why not share the health, and hold a challenge. I want everyone to have a goal and be able to meet it, to have a community support. A sounding board to get through the bad days. I is so little time for so much info and support only 30-45 min a week. I hope you will join me for this one or one I am starting hopfully in August.
